I had some wild craving for empanadas, so I went out searching for some {didn’t feel like making any today}. There’s a new little tapas place in Fishers, so this was my chance to try it out. Two empanadas “to go” please. I’ve now put these little pastries on my list of 2010 Kitchen Experiments. You know, since 2009 ends in about 3 hours.
